WHO WE ARE

We are students of history.

We are lawyers, medical professionals, business owners, industry professionals, people with disabilities, trade workers, software engineers, marketing professionals, caregivers, and professional activists all being repeatedly beaten down by the same dark, dense amalgamation of greed. A group of people that span the working and social class spectrum who, despite varying educations, geographical location, wealth or status, all are not receiving the healthcare they deserve.

We have decided to do something about it.

286 is a movement to bring together research, education, art and social media into what is usually a silenced cry.

We can no longer accept sub-par and frankly, dehumanizing quality of care without the inclusion of Medicare for all.

This is, and will continue to impact 99% of the American people and the longer we do nothing, the more of us will literally die.
